I am the Roofing Contractor and CEO of Chase Roofing, and I also own Shine of Ft Lauderdale. I started in the roofing business with no roofing or formal business experience and is successful by sheer stubbornness mixed with a vision like no other! Some would say I not only succeeded, but exploded Chase Roofing bringing revenue growth of over 990% . My love for my employees and my community are contagious and I am beyond proud of the team they create. My mantra is kindness and I love to light up the room with a smile. I am married to my high school sweetheart of 32 years, and I have two adult children, and two granddaughters. I was recognized as one of the “Top Ten Roofers” in Florida, Influential Women honorary given by South Florida Business Journal, received a national “Pinnacle Award”, and I was recently honored at the 2021 Black Dresses and Blue Print: Celebrating Women in Construction. I am an activist in the community supporting issues like Suits, Stilettos and Lipstick Foundation, Make A Wish, 211 Broward, Julian's Fountain of Youth, Dolphins Challenge Cancer and I am the founder of Emerge! a non profit supporting young women.
